Monday – 5-6pm, 6-7pm

Tuesday – 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Wednesday – 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Thursday – 4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Each Hour is ONE CLASS on the pass


At AZ All-Stars our coaches are taught to teach strength and proper progression of skills. Our recreational classes are perfect for athletes of all ages and ability levels!

All tumbling classes are All Levels. Classes are split into groups after basic warm-up. All Tumblers progress at their own level and work on skills they are personally trying to master!!

What do our tumblers focus on:

Basics: Forward and Backward Rolls, Handstands, Blocks, Cartwheels, Round offs, Backbend, Backbend Kickovers, Back Walkovers, Front Walkovers

Skills: Back handsprings, Front tumbling, Front and Back Tucks, Layouts, Fulls

Transitional Skills: Combination of Basics and Skills, Punch Front step-outs, Whips
