What is Arizona All-Stars?
We are a cheer and tumbling gym in Tempe, AZ that is also home to the Arizona All-Stars FORCE competitive cheer program. We train athletes of ALL levels and ages in cheer and tumbling, as well as local high school cheer teams. We offer competitive cheer teams that compete locally and nationally. We also have  recreational tumbling and recreational cheer programs with coaches that are highly experienced in all aspects of cheer and tumbling to bring you the highest level of training possible!

For whom do your teams cheer?
Arizona All-Stars Force Cheer teams do NOT cheer for a team; they are ON a competitive team and ranked against other cheer teams from gyms similar to Arizona All-Stars Force. This is the cheerleading you often see showcased on ESPN.  Our sport is extremely athletic and skill based. Cheerleading competitions are held all over World!

What ages can my child start tumbling and cheer classes?

At Arizona All-Stars, tumbling classes start as young as five. Arizona All-Stars Force Cheer teams range from ages 6-18 years old. Our recreational cheer F3 teams begin at ages 4 though 14 years of age.

How are tumbling classes at ARIZONA ALL-STARS different from gymnastic classes?
Tumbling classes at Arizona All-Stars revolve strictly around floorwork. Tumbling training involves trampolines, spring floors and various instructional mats. Athletes begin by learning forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and progress to backhandsprings, tucks, and full twisting lay-outs among other advanced skills. Unlike gymnastics, we consider a back handspring a basic skill and progress tumblers at a quicker rate than a traditional gymnastics class.

How is cheerleading  at Arizona All-Stars Force different from dance classes?
If you like dance, you’ll LOVE competitive cheerleading!  Cheerleading is fast paced and incorporates dance, tumbling and acrobatics all into one jam packed routine.  It is also one of the most team oriented sports out there. At Arizona All-Stars Force we very much promote being part of our “Family”. We pride ourselves in not only promoting athleticism but sportsmanship and self-confidence as well. We want our athletes to grow with our program and learn what it’s like to be part of a real team as well as learn valuable life lessons!
