Tumbling Class Drills and Skills
At AZ All-Stars our coaches are taught to teach strength and proper progression of skills. Our recreational classes are perfect for athletes of all ages and ability levels!
All tumbling classes are All Levels and are open to athletes 7 and older. Classes are split into groups after basic warm-up. All Tumblers progress at their own level and work on skills they are personally trying to master!!
What our tumblers focus on
Basics: Forward and Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Backbend, Backbend Kickovers, Back Walkovers, Front Walkovers, Body Positions, Body Awareness and Control.
Skills: Back handsprings, Front tumbling, Front and Back Tucks, Layouts, Fulls,
Transitional Skills: Combination of Basics and Skills, Punch Front step-outs, Whips, Fly Springs, Front Handsprings, Aerials
